Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. To keep our focus on patient care and keep costs manageable, we do not offer billing. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the cardholder.

Cancellation Policy
