Dear ParkView Animal Hospital clients;
Thank you for your understanding amid everything going on around us!
In response to increasing limitations on personal contact, to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and our continued effort to treat pets as needed, we are implementing changes to our client communication policies and procedures to protect our employees and clients.
Clients will no longer be allowed entry into our facility until further notice.
We are asking that all clients call us at 727-526-3137 when you arrive at our hospital. We will get your information, including the parking space number you are in. A technician will call you back and will take your pets history and ensure we have complete client information. All clients will need to provide a cell phone number for communication with the Doctor. A member of our staff will come out to your care take your pet into the hospital.
The doctor will call the phone number provided by the client to consult over the phone after the exam has been performed and will present the treatment plan.
Payments will be made over the phone with a credit card. No Cash or check if at all possible.
Clients picking up medication and or prescription diets may still do so but please call ahead and payment will be taken over the phone and your items will be taken to your car once you arrive at our clinic.
With your help and understanding we can provide the care our patients need and stay away from harm.
